Booking requests

Submitting the website form is an availability request and does not create a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after we agree on the program, price and payment arrangements and acknowledge the reservation.

Prices and inclusions

The self-drive package starts from €125 per person. Final prices depend on group size, travel dates, tent configuration, children’s ages, transport requirements and any requested upgrades. Only the services stated in the written confirmation are included.

Payments

A deposit may be required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance and accepted payment methods will be explained in the written booking confirmation.

Itinerary and timing

Desert activity times may change because of sunset, weather, road conditions, seasonal access or operational considerations. We may adjust the order of activities while preserving the overall experience whenever reasonably possible.

Guest responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate travel information, follow safety instructions and inform us about children, mobility requirements, allergies or health considerations that may affect participation.

Activities

Camel riding, quad biking, sandboarding and 4x4 travel involve outdoor conditions and uneven terrain. Participation is voluntary and subject to the guide’s safety assessment and local conditions.
